Headers and Footers on Odd and Even Pages

If you have used Section Breaks to organise your document onto different pages, you can print different text on odd and even pages in your document.
Click on the button below to complete the tutorial on adding section breaks if you have not done so already.Adding Section Breaks to a Document
Click on the Insert tab and then the Header command.
Find the Options group of command and select Different Odd & Even Pages.
NOTE : You may need to deselect the Link to Previous command if this is enabled. Click on the button below to find out how to use the Link to Previous command.
Headers and Footers and Section Breaks
The navigation help text for the section header will look something like this. Note it will say Odd Page Header.
Any text you type in this header will only appear on odd pages in this section of the document.
Scroll down your page until you see the Even Page Header.
Any text you type in here will appear on even pages in this section of the document.
You will need to repeat these steps for each section of the document so the same information is shown on all the odd pages and the same different information is shown on all even pages throughout the document.
NOTE : Make sure you unlink the header and footer in each section from the previous section as you more through your document.
