You can type data directly into a database table when the table is open in Data Sheet View.

To add data into the table, click on the first field and start typing.

To move to the next field, press the  key.

Each time you start adding a new record, a blank row will be added to your table.

You will also notice that the ID field will have a number automatically added to it.  This is because we used the AutoNumber data type for this field.
