Like most website operators, it's Learning 365 collects non-personally identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitors request. it's Learning 365's purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how visitors use our website, Learning Gateway and Learning Library.
it's Learning 365 also collects potentially identifying information like Internet Protocol addresses. We do not use such information to identify our visitors, however and we do not disclose such information, other than under the same circumstances that we use and disclose personally identifying information, as described below.
Gathering of Personally Identifying Information
it's Learning 365 collects the following types of personal information ...
- Names and e-mail addresses
- Phone and fax numbers
- Billing information
- Complaints and inquiry information
The amount and type of information that it's Learning 365 gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who use our support to provide a username, email address and password on the site when they log a support case. In each case, it's Learning 365 collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with our site. Our web site is not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information not entered by its visitors. Our site logs do generate certain kinds of non-identifying site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to our site. This information is used for internal purposes by technical support staff to provide better services to the public and may also be provided to others, but again, the statistics contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information.
Children's Online PrivacyWe do not collect any information from anyone under 16 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 16 years old or older, although client organisations may wish to allow their students access to the Learning Gateway or Learning Library.
